    En tant que Territory Account Manager, vous serez responsable du développement et de la gestion d’un réseau solide de partenaires sur votre territoire, afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes et la présence de Sensormatic sur le marché.

    Vous agirez en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des partenaires et des clients finaux, en garantissant l’adoption des solutions et l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux grâce à un engagement stratégique et au développement de relations durables.

    Comment vous le ferez :

    • Concevoir, déployer et exécuter le plan partenaires du territoire en ligne avec la stratégie indirecte EMEA.
    • Identifier, recruter, intégrer et développer les partenaires (Gold, Silver, Authorized) avec des plans de croissance adaptés.
    • Interagir directement avec les enseignes et les clients finaux afin de générer des opportunités et fournir des recommandations de solutions.
    • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente : identification des opportunités, négociation, conclusion et commandes récurrentes via les partenaires.
    • Agir en tant qu’expert des solutions Sensormatic, en mettant en avant le ROI et la valeur ajoutée pour le client.
    • Surveiller les tendances du marché, l’activité des concurrents et les besoins des partenaires/clients afin d’ajuster les stratégies.
    • Assurer le reporting des performances commerciales, du pipeline et des prévisions de ventes via les outils CRM.

    Ce que nous recherchons :

    • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle en gestion de comptes ou développement commercial.
    • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de territoires géographiques étendus et diversifiés.
    • Forte orientation client avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles.
    • Esprit orienté solution avec des capacités de planification stratégique et de mise en œuvre.
    • Une expérience en ventes indirectes, dans le retail ou la prévention des pertes est un plus.
    • Maîtrise de l’anglais et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents.

    What you will do :

    As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong partner network across your assigned territory, driving sales growth and market presence for Sensormatic solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both partners and end-customers, ensuring adoption of solutions and achieving business targets through strategic engagement and long-term relationship building.

    How you will do it :
    • Design, deploy, and execute the territory partner plan in line with EMEA Indirect strategy.
    • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop partners (Gold, Silver, Authorized) with tailored growth plans.
    • Engage directly with retailers and end-users to generate opportunities and provide solution guidance.
    • Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, negotiation, closing, and recurring partner orders.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Sensormatic solutions, presenting ROI and business value.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner/customer needs to adjust strategies.
    • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast regularly using CRM tools.

    What we look for :
    • 10+ years of professional experience in account management or business development.
    • Proven track record managing wide and diverse geographical territories.
    • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and cultures.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with strategic planning and follow-through capabilities.
    • Experience in indirect sales, retail, or loss prevention is a plus.
    • Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently
