    Johnson Controls Køleteknik søger lige nu en Lager- og Indkøbsmedarbejder til vores BackOffice-team i Vejen, der yder support til vores kunder og udkørende teknikere i Jylland samt resten af Danmark. Arbejdsstedet vil være på vores kontor i Vejen.

    Som Lager- og Indkøbsmedarbejder vil du indgå i et tæt samarbejde med vores Teamleder for at støtte vores serviceforretning. Du vil være med til at udvikle vores samlede serviceforretning indenfor frost og køl gennem din support af vores udkørende teknikere. Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være at håndtere vores lager og vareflow samt pakning og afsendelse af disse, samt at koordinere og understøtte driften ud fra de givne opgaver.

    Hvordan vil du gøre det:

    • Lagerstyring, varehåndtering, udlevering og bogføring

    • ServiceMAX-opdateringer og Basware-indkøb/fakturering

    • Godkendelse af teknikertimer

    • Udlevering af vare, bogføring og genbestilling til lager/montører

    • Oprettelse/vedligehold, intern/ekstern kontrol og indkøb af nyt værktøj

    • Bygningsdrift og kontakt til underleverandører

    • Forsendelser, fragtbreve og ADR-dokumentation

    • Optælling og bogføring; montør biler

    • Truckkørsel ved behov; oprydning og orden i lageret.

    • Blæksprutte

    For at være succesfuld i arbejdet som Lager- og Indkøbsmedarbejder kræves et højt niveau af engagement og grundighed.

    • Flair for IT og at du trives med at arbejde med forskellige IT-systemer

    • Vi forventer ikke, at du er ekspert, men du skal føle dig tryg ved at bruge Excel

    • Flydende dansk tale og skrift er et krav

    • Erfaring med lagerstyring, varehåndtering, udlevering og bogføring

    • Gode kommunikative færdigheder (både skriftligt og mundtligt) på engelsk. Vi er en global virksomhed og dermed er dette et krav

    • Du kan lide at arbejde metodisk og har en høj grad af sans for detaljen

    • Velorganiseret med evne til at holde det store overblik i en hverdag med stramme deadlines
