Als Client Service Manager bij Johnson Controls ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol uitvoeren en ontwikkelen van servicecontracten en kleinere serviceprojecten bij jouw klanten. Je werkt met Building Management Systems (BMS) in omgevingen waar betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit cruciaal zijn, zoals healthcare, petrochemie, real estate, luchthavens en datacenters.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw accounts en speelt een centrale rol in het realiseren van operationele, financiële en commerciële doelstellingen.

Jouw rol binnen Johnson Controls

Je maakt deel uit van het Service Operations team en werkt samen met vijf collega’s. Vanuit Gorinchem, aangevuld met klantbezoeken (voornamelijk in Zuid‑Nederland), geef je dagelijks invulling aan servicekwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en teamontwikkeling.

Je stuurt een team van servicetechnici aan en rapporteert aan de Service Manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Operationeel & contractmanagement

Eindverantwoordelijk voor de naleving van servicecontracten (SLA’s), serviceprojecten en L&M-werkzaamheden binnen jouw accounts.
Optreden als projectleider bij serviceopdrachten.
Bespreken en opvolgen van onderhoudsrapportages en het initiëren van corrigerende maatregelen.
Opstellen van offertes voortkomend uit servicebevindingen en optimalisaties.
Coördineren van werkzaamheden, materiaalbestellingen en planning.
Waar nodig opstellen van klantgerichte VGM‑plannen.
Inschakelen en aansturen van leveranciers en derden.
Organiseren en begeleiden van kick‑off meetings, toolbox meetings en werkplekinspecties.
Zorgdragen voor correcte financiële afronding van opdrachten.

Commercieel

Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en actief bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid.
Signaleren en bespreken van nieuwe mogelijkheden bij klanten.
Voeren van inhoudelijke gesprekken met als doel duurzame omzetgroei.

People management

Leidinggeven aan, coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw team van servicetechnici.
Vaststellen van duidelijke prestatieverwachtingen en ontwikkeldoelen.
Voeren van maandelijkse voortgangsgesprekken en periodieke operationele en financiële reviews.
Creëren van een veilige, betrokken en resultaatgerichte teamsfeer.

Wat breng jij mee?

HBO werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding en/of ervaring.
3–5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële en/of operationele rol binnen een (regel)technische omgeving.
Ervaring binnen Building Management Systems is een pré.
Leidinggevende ervaring of aantoonbare ambitie richting people management.
Een hands‑on mentaliteit: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen.
Kennis van relevante NEN‑normeringen.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht in klantgesprekken en onderhandelingen.
Basis financieel inzicht en begrip van contractuele kaders.
Je weet prioriteiten te stellen, ook wanneer meerdere opdrachten parallel lopen.
Proactief, stressbestendig en een constructieve teamspeler.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift.
Ervaring met MS Office en CRM‑systemen.
In het bezit van VCA‑VOL en rijbewijs B.
