Únete a nuestro equipo y ayúdanos a aplicar técnicas modernas y mejores prácticas en nuestras aplicaciones de monitoreo y plataformas de servicio (Alarmas de Fuego/Seguridad, Control de Accesos, Videovigilancia) en nuestras Centrales de Recepción de Alarmas en España.

Diseñarás e implementarás herramientas y automatización para desplegar, distribuir y manejar la configuración de cientos de servidores. También darás Soporte a las iniciativas de CyberSeguridad, incluyendo remediación de vulnerabilidades, actualización y parcheo de Sistemas Operativos y aplicativos de seguridad, bajo el cumplimiento de las políticas de InfoSec de JCI y la legislación local.

Cómo lo harás

Proporcionarás soporte técnico de nivel 2 y 3 para los sistemas de Monitoreo, Control de Accesos y Video.
Asegurarás alta disponibilidad y actividad (>99.999%) para aplicaciones de seguridad.
Manejarás las mejoras y actualizaciones software (parches/upgrades) manteniendo los estándares de seguridad y políticas.
Identificarás y remediarás vulnerabilidades TI según la base de datos de Vulnerabilidades y Esposiciones comunes, recomendando acciones y mitigando riesgos de forma rápida.
Brindarás Soporte a los técnicos de campo y partes interesadas del Negocio.
Construirás o actualizarás components hardware y software de los servicios.
Desarrollarás y mantendrás procesos de despliegue y automatización.
Gestionarás el acceso a los sistemas siguiendo los principios de privilegio mínimo y revocarás permisos cuando cambien los roles.
Documentarás las compilaciones, implementaciones y cambios de configuración de productos.
Colaborarás con los equipos de InfoSec en las estrategias y procesos para la remediación de vulnerabilidades.
Te coordinarás con proveedores externos y Negocio para aplicar mejoras, correcciones o escalamientos cuando sea necesario.
Contribuirás como miembro altamente cualificado del equipo a la planificación y ejecución estratégica.
Ofrecerás respuesta rápida a las llamadas de guardia.

Qué buscamos

Se require

Conocimientos de TI y experiencia en el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de entornos de aplicaciones.
Conocimiento de virtualización, contenedores y plataformas de gestión de entornos virtuales.
Sólidos conocimientos de redes, hosting, scripting y bases de datos.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos de servidor y cliente Windows.
Dominio de SQL y consultas a bases de datos.
Excelentes habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.
Dominio del español y del inglés a nivel B1.
Capacidad para convertir las necesidades del negocio en requisitos técnicos.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación con capacidad para explicar problemas técnicos a proveedores, colegas y público no técnico.
Mentalidad de equipo con capacidad para colaborar de forma interdisciplinaria.
Disposición a participar en un horario de guardia rotativo.
Permiso de conducir válido o acceso cercano y fiable a la oficina para situaciones de emergencia.

Preferible

Certificaciones técnicas (p. ej., CCNA, MCSE o equivalente, NSE, FCP).
Amplio conocimiento de herramientas de Microsoft (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, MSSQL Studio).
Experiencia con sistemas utilizados en Centros de Monitoreo de Clientes (CMC), como MASterMind y plataformas de videovigilancia.
Conocimiento de tecnologías de vigilancia y seguridad.
Experiencia con entornos Linux.
Experiencia con Azure u otras plataformas en la nube.
