    Hos Johnson Controls i Aarhus søger vi nu en Shippingmedarbejder / Speditør til vores Shippingteam, som er en del af forretningsenheden IR Parts Center. IR Parts Center servicerer både interne og eksterne kunder på verdensplan med reservedele til primært køleanlæg og varmepumper. Teamet i Parts består af godt og vel 50 personer fordelt på forskellige afdelinger, herunder Shipping, Customer Support, Marketing, Indkøb og Teknik.

    Hvad du vil lave

    Som Shippingmedarbejder / Speditør i IR Parts Center vil du have den direkte kontakt til nogle udvalgte kunder, og du vil dermed også være ansvarlig for, at deres ordrer bliver leveret i henhold til deres behov. Du vil skulle administrere adskillige ordrer om dagen, der har forskellige dokumentkrav, og det er derfor nødvendigt, at du er detaljeorienteret og har gode organisatoriske egenskaber.

    Shippingteamets primære mål er at kunne levere den bedst mulige kundeoplevelse til vores globale kunder, og samtidig skal vi sikre, at vores varer ankommer til den lovede tid. For at kunne indfri dette, er det nødvendigt med et fleksibelt team, der er villig til at arbejde mandag - fredag i tidsrummet 8.30 – 16.30 (samt til kl. 18.00 mindst 1 dag om ugen). Derudover vil fleksibilitet i forbindelse med ferie og i tilfælde af sygdom være en nødvendighed.

    Det er væsentligt, at du er flydende i både dansk og engelsk (skriftligt og mundtligt), da du skal kunne kommunikere med vores interne afdelinger, såvel som vores kunder og transportører på verdensplan.

    Hvordan du vil gøre det

    • Håndtering af eksportforsendelser af reservedele og kompressorer til såvel interne som eksterne kunder i hele verden.
    • Håndtering af importforsendelser af reservedele og kompressorer fra leverandører i hele verden.
    • Håndtering af drop shipments.
    • Udstedelse af diverse påkrævede shippingdokumenter.
    • Daglig kontakt til danske og udenlandske transportører.
    • Direkte kontakt til egne kunder vedr. shipping relaterede informationer.
    • Sikre at forsendelser altid eksporteres/importeres i henhold til gældende compliance regler.
    • Benchmarking af fragtpriser fra diverse transportører.
    • Optimering af lokale logistikløsninger.

    Hvem vi leder efter

    Du skal være i besiddelse af følgende kvalifikationer / kompetencer:

    • Speditøruddannet eller shippinguddannet (det vil være et plus, hvis du er uddannet luftfragtsspeditør).
    • Transportforståelse – Eksport, Import & Drop shipments både i forhold til dokument-, vare- samt informationsflow.
    • Transportjura- samt Logistikforståelse.
    • Toldforståelse
    • Bekendt med det nye EU toldkodeks.
    • IT –Du er erfaren bruger i Excel, Word, Power point og Outlook. Det vil desuden være en fordel, hvis du kender Oracle/Concorde
    • Du er desuden resultatorienteret og forandringsvillig med forståelse for teamwork samt selvstændigt arbejde.
