    Wat ga je doen?

    Als Service Planning Excellence Lead EMEA speel jij een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van onze Field Service Operations binnen de EMEA-regio. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en implementeren van datagedreven modellen die onze Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processen versterken, met een focus op capacity planning en operationele efficiëntie.

    Je werkt nauw samen met regionale leiders, operations teams, data-analisten en commerciële stakeholders om inzichten te creëren die direct bijdragen aan betere besluitvorming, hogere productiviteit en een sterkere klantbeleving.

    Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze teams niet alleen de juiste data hebben, maar deze ook begrijpen, toepassen en benutten.

    Hoe zul je het doen?
    In deze rol combineer je analytische scherpte, operationele kennis en change management. Je:

    • Ontwikkelt en onderhoudt geavanceerde data- en planningsmodellen die actionable insights leveren voor operations.
    • Verzamelt, vertaalt en structureert grote datasets om forecasting en performance dashboards te verbeteren.
    • Coacht teams in het gebruik van self-service modellen en zorgt dat inzichten écht landen in de organisatie.
    • Faciliteert de IBP-cyclus en brengt stakeholders samen om vraag en capaciteit op elkaar af te stemmen.
    • Bewaakt acties, beslissingen en voortgang via Rolling Action Logs.
    • Identificeert best practices binnen EMEA en stimuleert standaardisatie en kennisdeling.
    • Zorgt voor dataconsistentie en governance over alle rapportages en dashboards.
    • Leidt of ondersteunt continuous improvement-initiatieven met Lean/Six Sigma-methodieken.
    • Werkt nauw samen met data scientists om nieuwe databehoeften te definiëren.
    • Ondersteunt Talent Acquisition met inzichten over capaciteit en toekomstige hiring needs.

    Kortom: jij bent de verbindende factor tussen data, operatie en strategie.

    Wie zoeken we?

    We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken, data vertaalt naar impact en teams meeneemt in verandering. Jij hebt:

    • Een bacheloropleiding of vergelijkbare ervaring.
    • Sterke kennis van field operations, resource planning en financiële KPI’s.
    • Ervaring met datamodellering, forecasting en planningstools.
    • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je duikt in de data, maar behoudt strategisch overzicht.
    • Ervaring in matrixorganisaties en het beïnvloeden van stakeholders zonder formele autoriteit.
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
    • Change management skills — je weet hoe je teams meeneemt in nieuwe processen.
    • Ervaring met PowerBI en geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden.
    • Lean/Six Sigma certificering (pré).
