Ce que tu vas faire:

Chez M&M Carnot, désormais une gamme de produits de Johnson Controls, notre mission est de refroidir le monde en fournissant aux clients des solutions, des systèmes et des commandes de réfrigération naturelle qui sont innovants, sûrs et durables pour les personnes et notre planète. Notre vision est de créer et de développer des systèmes de réfrigération mondiaux dans toutes les industries respectueuses de l'environnement, notamment les centres industriels, récréatifs, commerciaux et de données. Nous nous efforçons de garantir que chaque client ait la possibilité d'utiliser des réfrigérants naturels au lieu de réfrigérants synthétiques nocifs pour la planète. C'est pourquoi nous nous engageons à utiliser des réfrigérants respectueux de l'environnement, notamment l'ammoniac, Cascade Ammonia-CO2 et Trans critic CO2.

Vous serez responsable de diriger les efforts de logistique, d’inventaire, de planification, d’achat et de traitement des commandes de l’usine. Responsable de la gestion des fournisseurs et de la disponibilité globale des matériaux. Coordonne les activités avec les départements extérieurs à l'usine tels que le service client, le marketing, l'ingénierie et l'informatique.

Responsable du budget des services d'achats et de contrôle de production, ainsi que des services d'expédition et de réception. Gère 20 millions d'inventaire. Maintient les niveaux de stocks grâce à des achats contrôlés de plus de 100 millions de dollars par an.

Comment allez-vous procéder :

Diriger des projets d'amélioration pour atteindre les objectifs clés de l'usine afin d'améliorer la disponibilité des stocks et de réduire les stocks.

Gérer les problèmes quotidiens pour répondre aux besoins de production, tels que l'expédition du matériel, l'établissement des priorités et la résolution des problèmes.

Coordonner les activités du planificateur principal, l'édition des commandes et le traitement des commandes.

Utilisation et/ou mise en œuvre efficaces des systèmes ERP/MRP. Participe aux réunions de l'ECN et de l'équipe produit pour guider l'orientation des changements et des améliorations du produit.

Gérer le personnel des services de réception, de stockage et d'expédition.

Diriger la chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'usine et cherche à améliorer continuellement les performances des fournisseurs.

S'assure que toutes les activités du département sont conformes aux règles Sarbanes-Oxley et aux meilleures pratiques de l'entreprise.

Analyser les informations pour identifier les problèmes ou les opportunités et élabore des plans pour résoudre ces problèmes.

Responsable des performances de sécurité de conduite au sein de l'usine pour atteindre le statut de sécurité JCI (objectif : aucune blessure enregistrable ou avec perte de temps).

Effectuer des observations/inspections de sécurité selon les besoins.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe et trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience en gestion des matériaux. En l’absence d’un diplôme de quatre (4) ans dans un domaine d’études approprié, un total de huit (8) années d’expérience connexe est requis.

Expérience complète dans les outils d'achat, d'expédition et de réception, ainsi que de gestion des stocks (comptage cyclique)

Maîtrise des applications ERP et Microsoft Suite
