    Descripción del Rol

    Multinacional global del sector de Seguridad Física Electrónica busca un/a Gerente Regional de Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocios responsable de la conducción integral del desempeño comercial en LATAM Sur. El cargo tendrá responsabilidad directa sobre la planificación estratégica, ejecución comercial y crecimiento rentable de la región, asegurando alineamiento con el plan operativo (AOP) y con las directrices comerciales globales.

    Responsabilidades Técnicas y de Gestión

    • Elaborar y ejecutar el plan estratégico de ventas regional con foco en crecimiento sostenible, rentabilidad y penetración en verticales clave.

    • Desarrollar e implementar procesos comerciales estandarizados, garantizando rigor en forecast, administración de pipeline, visibilidad de KPIs y adherencia a metodologías corporativas (CRM, funnel management, deal reviews).

    • Liderar la expansión de canales directos e indirectos, optimizando la cobertura regional e incrementando capacidades de distribuidores, integradores y partners estratégicos.
      Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para el canal de Distribución masiva, asegurando cobertura de plazas objetivo, crecimiento sostenido del ¨sell‑out¨ y adopción disciplinada de programas comerciales, incentivos y forecast colaborativo con los principales distribuidores.

    • Liderar la expansión en verticales de mercado con modelos de venta recurrente, identificando oportunidades, construyendo relaciones con decisores clave y articulando propuestas de valor que integren hardware, software y servicios (RMR) para maximizar ingresos de largo plazo.

    • Gestionar y fortalecer el ecosistema de partners (Distribuidores, Integradores y Dealers) mediante planes de negocio conjuntos, certificaciones, entrenamientos y métricas de desempeño, garantizando una red comprometida, productiva y alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento.

    • Gestionar el desempeño del portafolio de soluciones, asegurando la correcta articulación entre valor técnico, propuesta comercial y posicionamiento frente a competidores.

    • Identificar dinámicas competitivas, tendencias tecnológicas y oportunidades de mercado para generar nuevas líneas de negocio o fortalecer verticales existentes.

    • Estructurar y liderar planes de generación de demanda, iniciativas de market development y actividades de influencia con consultores, diseñadores y actores decisores.

    • Alinear planes de pricing, márgenes, descuentos, rebates y estructuras comerciales conforme a políticas regionales y globales.

    • Asegurar interacción efectiva con distintas áreas de la compañía para garantizar propuestas competitivas y ejecución eficiente en toda la región.

    • Gestionar riesgos comerciales, barreras de entrada y variables críticas asociadas a forecast accuracy, time-to-revenue y performance de canal.

    • Tomar decisiones estratégicas en escenarios con alta volatilidad, múltiples stakeholders y limitaciones de información, priorizando actividades con mayor impacto en revenue y market share.

    Requisitos Técnicos del Cargo

    • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en Seguridad Física Electrónica o industrias tecnológicas B2B con foco en soluciones (hardware + software). 

    • Experiencia comprobada en gestión regional con accountability sobre revenue targets, margen y presupuesto comercial.

    • Dominio técnico de Intrusión, Video, Domótica y ecosistemas integrados asociados.

    • Conocimiento avanzado de modelos de go-to-market basados en canales directos e indirectos (distribución, integradores, dealers, consultores).

    • Manejo experto en forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, análisis de performance y métricas comerciales avanzadas.

    • Fluidez en español, inglés y portugués, indispensable para la interacción con stakeholders regionales y corporativos.

    • Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes en la región.

    Formación

    • Profesional de Ingeniería, Administración, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

    • Deseable MBA o estudios formales en estrategia comercial, gestión de canales o dirección de negocios.
