Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Projects Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Project Management modules with a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Oracle EBS Projects modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Solution Design: Designing and configuring Oracle EBS Projects solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Module Configuration: Configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Project Management module including features in Project Management, Costing, Billing, Resource Management, Contracts and Project Accounting.
• Implementation: Experience with leading implementation of Oracle EBS Projects modules.
• Production Support: Leading Production support for Oracle Project Management modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Project Management modules.
• User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues
• Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS Project Management modules.
• Documentation: Preparing functional documentation, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mapping from or to Oracle EBS Project Management module.
• Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Application Support: Leading Production support for Oracle Project Management modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications. Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity. 
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Project Management modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions. 
• User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues. 
• Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS Project Management modules.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information. 
• Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
• Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.

• Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mapping from or to Oracle EBS Project Management modules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle 11i and R12 ERP application with focus on Project Management module.

• Strong understanding of modules like Project Management module and SCM modules.
• Proficient in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL data analysis.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS functional architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with functional teams and business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle R12 or 11i certification on Project Management module.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Project Management implementations.
• Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
