We are seeking a Director of Projects & Aftermarket Services – EMEA to lead the successful delivery of projects and the growth of aftermarket services across the region. This senior leadership role will have full responsibility for project execution, service operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, while developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
What you will do
Lead the EMEA Projects & Aftermarket Services strategy in line with business objectives.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Drive growth across aftermarket services including field service, maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits, spare parts, and lifecycle solutions.
Own financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with strategic customers and act as executive sponsor for key accounts.
Develop and lead a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Champion safety, quality, compliance, and best-practice project governance throughout the region.
What we are looking for
Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (MBA/Master's desirable).
15+ years' leadership experience in project delivery, operations, services, or a related environment.
Proven track record managing multi-country EMEA organisations with full P&L responsibility.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in capital equipment, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial services.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects, service organisations, and customer-facing teams.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
