Für unser Neuanlagen-Team der Gebäudeautomation in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Techniker als Inbetriebnehmer Gebäudeautomation (m/w/d)

Als Teil unseres Teams arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Projektleiter*in zusammen. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie selbständig Projekte im Bereich der Neuanlagen, stimmen sich mit unseren Kunden ab und stellen die technische Umsetzung sicher.

Aufgaben:

Die Programmierung von MSR-Anlagen: Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT)-Systeme eines Typs (z.B. ADS / ADX / OWS), Anlagen- und Feldregler mit einfachen Regelkreisen und einstufigen interne Verknüpfungen bzw. Automatisierungen (Frostschutzschaltung, Nachtabsenkung, etc.)
Durchsprache der Anlagenfunktionen, Systemarchitektur, Termine und des beauftragten Lieferumfanges mit dem Projektingenieur. Durchsprache der Programme mit dem Programmierer. Übernahme der kompletten Projektdokumentation (Regelpläne, Stücklisten, Programme, Gerätebeschreibungen von Fremdgeräten, Sollwertlisten usw.) als Arbeitsgrundlage für die Inbetriebnahme vor Arbeitsbeginn
Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen mit Bauleitern, Auftraggebern, Lieferanten und unsere Arbeiten tangierende Gewerkefirmen, die auf der Baustelle arbeiten
Überwachung der Subunternehmer fachlich und terminlich
Durchführung der eigenen Inbetriebnahmearbeiten im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Termine einschließlich Anpassung der Anwenderprogramme und Systemdatenbanken an die tatsächliche Anlagensituation während der Inbetriebnahme nach Rücksprache mit dem Projektingenieur
Beachtung behördlicher und technischer Vorschriften, besonders hinsichtlich der Prüfung von Sicherheitsschaltungen. Einhaltung von VDE und DIN - Richtlinien bei der Einstellung von Sicherheitsorganen. Unverzügliche schriftliche Mitteilung an den Projektingenieur nach erkennen von Mängeln im Sicherheitsbereich
Zeitnahe Kommunikation mit dem Projektingenieur über Stand, Fortschritt und Probleme während der Inbetriebnahme, sowie über die terminliche Situation.
Erstellung der wöchentlichen Arbeitsberichte
Fehlzeiten bei der Inbetriebnahme (Wartezeiten oder Behinderung durch nicht vorhandene Vorleistungen) sind dem Auftraggeber oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich schriftlich anzuzeigen. Der Projektingenieur ist zu informieren und ein entsprechender Stundennachweis mit der Begründung zu erstellen. Die Verantwortung über die Weiterberechnung liegt danach beim Projektingenieur
Aktualisierung der erhaltenen Projektdokumentation bei Änderungen während der Inbetriebnahme, sowie Rückgabe der Dokumentation an den Projektingenieur zum Erstellen der Revisionsunterlagen. Bei Großprojekten erfolgt die Rückgabe der Unterlagen Abschnittsweise
Teilnahme an der Abnahme und Übergabe von Anlagen an den Kunden. Durchführung von Mängelbeseitigung mit anschließender Nachabnahme
Einweisung des Betriebspersonals in die Anlagenfunktionen und die Bedienung, sowie ausdrücklicher Hinweis auf notwendige Inspektionsintervalle an Anlagenkomponenten (Sicherheitsglieder, Kondensatabscheider usw.) deren Ausfall oder Fehlfunktion zu Schäden an den Anlagen führen
Information der Vertriebs- und Serviceabteilung über mögliche Auftragserweiterungen oder Bedarf an Serviceleistungen

Qualifikationen

Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik / Betriebstechnik / MSR-Technik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von MSR-Anlagen
Gute Programmierungskenntnisse sind wünschenswert
Sehr guten kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit
