Bij Johnson Controls krijg je de kans om al in de eerste fase van uitdagende projecten impact te maken. Als Solution Development Engineer (Calculatie & Advies) ben jij de technische spil tussen klant, sales en projectteams. Je denkt mee over de beste oplossing, beoordeelt technische mogelijkheden, bezoekt klantenlocaties en vertaalt complexe gebouwinstallaties naar een overtuigend technisch ontwerp en een realistische projectcalculatie.

Je werkt met ons toonaangevende Metasys Building Management System, waarmee HVAC-, klimaat-, verlichtings-, beveiligings- en energiesystemen worden geïntegreerd tot één intelligent gebouw.

Geen standaard calculatiefunctie dus, maar een rol waarin techniek, advies en klantcontact samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

Vanaf het eerste klantcontact ben je betrokken bij nieuwe projecten. Je verdiept je in de technische situatie van de klant, beoordeelt installaties op locatie en ontwikkelt oplossingen die technisch haalbaar, commercieel interessant en toekomstbestendig zijn.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Opstellen van technische calculaties, begrotingen en projectvoorstellen.
Analyseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar slimme BMS-oplossingen.
Bezoeken van klantlocaties om bestaande installaties en situaties te beoordelen.
Inventariseren van technische risico's en kansen in de pre-salesfase.
Adviseren van klanten, salescollega's en interne stakeholders over de beste oplossing.
Samenwerken met Sales, Operations, Project Engineering en Installatie.
Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
Deelnemen aan technische reviews en projectoverleggen.
Continu volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen HVAC, gebouwbeheer en energiemanagement.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een technisch specialist die begrijpt hoe gebouwinstallaties functioneren en die energie krijgt van het vinden van de beste oplossing voor de klant.

Je hebt bijvoorbeeld ervaring als:

Calculator Meet- & Regeltechniek
Design Engineer BMS
Proposal Engineer
Project Engineer Gebouwautomatisering
Service Engineer HVAC / Building Automation
Software Engineer BMS met interesse in advieswerk

Daarnaast beschik je over:

MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau richting Elektrotechniek, MIT, Mechatronica of Installatietechniek.
Ervaring binnen Meet- & Regeltechniek, Gebouwautomatisering of Building Management Systems.
Kennis van HVAC-installaties zoals luchtbehandelingskasten, klimaatinstallaties, verwarmings- en koelsystemen.
Begrip van hoe complete gebouwgebonden installaties samenwerken.
Ervaring bij een system integrator, installateur of vergelijkbare technische omgeving is een sterke pré.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Een proactieve en ondernemende houding.
