As a Service Operations Manager for HVAC & Industrial Refrigeration, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Benelux region.     What You Will Do

    As the Service Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple service teams and ensure seamless delivery of HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration solutions. Your leadership will empower technicians, coordinators, project managers, and back-office professionals to achieve outstanding results.


    Your key responsibilities include:
     

    1. Safety Leadership

    • Champion Johnson Controls’ uncompromising safety standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all service operations.

    2. Customer Excellence

    • Ensure superior service quality that strengthens long-term customer relationships.
    • Act as the go-to escalation point for critical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
       

    3. Inspiring Leadership & Talent Development

    • Lead and mentor team leaders managing diverse service teams.
    • Drive engagement, retention, and career growth through clear communication and development programs.
    • Recruit top talent and oversee onboarding and continuous training initiatives.
       

    4. Financial & Business Performance

    • Deliver on revenue growth and profitability targets for service operations.
    • Collaborate with sales and account management to identify and capture new business opportunities.
    • Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost control.
       

    5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all teams.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Proven experience in managing field service operations; HVAC and/or Industrial Refrigeration expertise is a strong plus.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing managers and large teams.
    • Exceptional communication and customer relationship management abilities.
    • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
    • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
    • Fluency in English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French).
