Bij Johnson Controls krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan complexe projecten binnen ziekenhuizen, utiliteitsgebouwen en kritische infrastructuren. Samen met ervaren Project Engineers leer je hoe gebouwbeheersystemen worden ontworpen, gerealiseerd en succesvol opgeleverd.

Gebouwen worden steeds slimmer en duurzamer. Achter elk modern ziekenhuis, kantoorgebouw of productieomgeving zit complexe meet- en regeltechniek die zorgt voor comfort, veiligheid en energie-efficiëntie.

Als Junior Project Engineer leer je stap voor stap hoe deze systemen werken en hoe je projecten technisch begeleidt van ontwerp tot oplevering.

Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een zelfstandige Project Engineer.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de healthcare- en utiliteitssector.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Ondersteunen bij het ontwerpen van gebouwbeheersystemen en HVAC-regelinstallaties.
Voorbereiden en controleren van technische documentatie.
Ondersteunen bij engineering- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden.
Afstemmen met software engineers, hardware engineers en inbedrijfstellers.
Meedenken over technische oplossingen voor klanten.
Ondersteunen bij FAT-, SAT- en oplevertrajecten.
Leren werken met moderne gebouwbeheersystemen en communicatieprotocollen.
Bezoeken van projecten om de techniek in de praktijk te ervaren.

Aan welke projecten werk je?

Je werkt mee aan projecten zoals:

UMCG Realisatie OK-complex
MCL Nieuwbouw ziekenhuis
Nij Smellinghe WKO
KPN Renovatie Koelcentrale

Projecten variëren van kleinere optimalisaties tot complexe meerjarige trajecten met een waarde van enkele miljoenen euro's.

Wat leer je?

Tijdens je eerste periode leer je onder andere werken met:

Metasys
CCT
MUI
KNX
BACnet
Modbus

Daarnaast ontwikkel je kennis van:

HVAC-installaties
Gebouwbeheersystemen (GBS)
Meet- en regeltechniek
Technische projectcoördinatie
Inbedrijfstelling en systeemintegratie

Wanneer ben je succesvol?

Na ongeveer 12 maanden:

Begrijp je de werking van gebouwbeheersystemen en HVAC-regeltechniek.
Lever je zelfstandig een bijdrage aan engineering- en projectactiviteiten.
Ben je een volwaardig onderdeel van het projectteam.
Ondersteun je zelfstandig de technische uitvoering van projecten.
Heb je een duidelijk ontwikkelplan richting Project Engineer.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Je bent nieuwsgierig, technisch ingesteld en wilt jezelf graag ontwikkelen binnen een innovatieve omgeving.

Daarnaast heb je:

Een afgeronde mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek, meet- en regeltechniek of vergelijkbaar.
Interesse in gebouwautomatisering en HVAC.
Een leergierige en proactieve instelling.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
De ambitie om door te groeien naar een zelfstandige Project Engineer.

Heb je nog geen ervaring met gebouwbeheersystemen? Geen probleem. Zolang je de juiste technische basis en motivatie hebt, leren wij je de rest.
