    Om rollen

    Rollen indebærer et bredt ansvar, hvor du bliver en central drivkraft i den daglige ordre- og kundehåndtering. Du får en varieret hverdag med både faste opgaver og ad hoc‑opgaver, og du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med flere afdelinger for at sikre en smidig og professionel kundeoplevelse. Derudover får du en vigtig rolle i arbejdet med analyser og løbende procesforbedringer, hvor dine indsigter bidrager til at styrke effektiviteten og kvaliteten i organisationens arbejdsgange.

    Dine primære ansvarsområder

    • Selvstændig håndtering og opfølgning på kundeordrer
    • Koordinering og dialog med kunder i både Danmark og udlandet
    • Tæt samarbejde med Lager, Shipping og Indkøb om de daglige processer
    • Registrering og håndtering af reklamationer og garantisager
    • Ad hoc-analyser og projekter på tværs af organisationen
    • Optimering af arbejdsgange og administrative processer

    Hvem er du?

    Du er serviceminded, struktureret og trives i en rolle med mange kontaktflader. Du arbejder systematisk, har sans for detaljer og formår at bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag. Samtidig er du en holdspiller, der bidrager positivt til teamets samarbejde og resultater.

    Dine kvalifikationer:

    • Erfaring inden for administration og/eller Customer service
    • Flydende dansk og engelsk – både mundtligt og skriftligt
    • Stærke Excel-kompetencer og gode analytiske evner
    • Gode IT-kompetencer, herunder MS Office på brugerniveau
    • En kundeorienteret tilgang og høj kvalitet i opgaveløsningen
    • Evne til at samarbejde på tværs af funktioner og lande

    Det er en fordel, hvis du taler et tredje sprog, men det er ikke et krav.
