Job Description – Analista de Control de Gestión

Objetivo del Cargo

Apoyar a la Gerencia Técnica mediante el análisis, control y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión, costos, productividad y desempeño operativo, asegurando el control de los procesos operativos de la operación técnica y contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas y a la eficiencia operativa del área.

Principales Responsabilidades

Levantar, analizar y controlar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de la Gerencia Técnica, tales como:
- Productividad de técnicos instaladores.
- Cumplimiento de SLA de instalación, mantención y reparaciones.
- Tiempos de instalación y atención.
- Índices de retrabajo, fallas y calidad de instalación.
Elaborar reportes de gestión periódicos (diarios, semanales y mensuales) para la Gerencia Técnica y áreas relacionadas.
Analizar desviaciones de resultados versus presupuesto, forecast y objetivos operacionales, proponiendo planes de acción correctivos.
Controlar costos asociados a la operación técnica (mano de obra, horas extra, materiales, viáticos, subcontratos, flota, entre otros).
Apoyar los procesos de presupuesto anual y reforecast de la Gerencia Técnica.
Gestionar y mantener dashboards e informes de control (Excel, Power BI u otras herramientas).
Monitorear y controlar el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos clave de la Gerencia Técnica, velando por la adherencia a los estándares, procedimientos definidos y SLAs comprometidos.
Analizar flujos operativos de instalación, mantención y reparaciones, identificando brechas, cuellos de botella, reprocesos y riesgos operacionales.
Diseñar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de control de procesos operativos, asegurando trazabilidad y medición de impacto de los planes de acción.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos, eficiencia operativa y uso de recursos.
Validar, analizar y asegurar la calidad de la información proveniente de sistemas operativos, bases de datos y ERP.
Colaborar de manera transversal con áreas como Finanzas, Operaciones, Logística y Recursos Humanos, asegurando consistencia y alineación de la información.
Apoyar iniciativas de estandarización de indicadores y procesos de control de gestión dentro de la gerencia.

Requisitos del Cargo

Formación Académica

Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería en Control de Gestión, Ingeniería en Ejecución o carrera afín.

Experiencia

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de Control de Gestión, análisis financiero u operativo .
Experiencia en empresas de servicios, telecomunicaciones, seguridad o industrias con dotación técnica en terreno.
Deseable experiencia en análisis y control de procesos operativos.

Conocimientos Técnicos

Excel nivel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, manejo de bases de datos).
Análisis de KPIs operativos y financieros.
Elaboración de reportes de gestión y dashboards.
Manejo de SQL a nivel intermedio, para extracción, validación y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos desde bases operativas y/o ERP.
Capacidad de construir queries orientadas a productividad, tiempos de atención, costos, calidad de servicio y control operativo.
Deseable manejo de Power BI u otras herramientas de analítica.
Deseable experiencia con ERP (SAP u otros).
Conocimiento de procesos operativos en terreno (instalación, mantención y reparaciones).
