Job Posting: Technical Delivery Lead - Enterprise Integration

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support the ongoing success and transformation of our IT Engineering & Delivery function! You will work in a team of like-minded professionals with a broad range of experience and backgrounds across IT and the Business.

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of IT initiatives to support Enterprise Integration (EI). The successful Delivery Leader will partner with EI customers to provide technical solutions for their functional requirements. This person needs to be technically competent, professionally confident, perseverant & influencing, disciplined and dependable.

The position requires a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of requests, quickly mediate between competing priorities, and work effectively with IT colleagues across geographic regions. This position will report into Enterprise Solutions Integration leadership team.

How You Will Do It:

• Oversee project deliverables from inception to closure including managing EI delivery partners
• Lead the internal and partner delivery teams through changes, adjusting priorities and delivery commitments as needed.
• Provide inputs for project estimates and balance implementation, schedule, and cost/resource constraints with project teams.
• Focus on quality assurance and control activities to minimize rework and variances.
• Ensure requirements are managed effectively, minimizing gaps and ensuring on-time deliveries with zero critical defects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for EI customers and coordinate with other IT teams
• Report project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR).
• Ensure standards and best practices are published, maintained, and enforced.
• Work closely with technical architects to deliver high-quality integration solutions that comply with the JCI integration platform.
• Manage escalations during all SDLC phases until the project exits the Hypercare phase.
• Implement and continuously measure appropriate KPIs and SLAs for vendor delivery teams
• Define and enhance the SDLC model to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure predictable outcomes.

What We Look For:

Required:

• Proven experience in managing integration delivery with a strong focus on Mulesoft and EDI technologies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration strategies, techniques, and processes, particularly with Mulesoft and EDI.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years in designing, developing integrations, and coordinating multiple team activities.
• Deep understanding of IT industry standard methodologies, including Program/Project Management, SDLC, and service provision.
• Practical experience with various delivery models, including Agile and DevOps.
• Demonstrable experience in creating influence and building partnering relationships.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal customers.
• Understanding of delivery risks and the controls in place to manage and mitigate these risks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Technology Experience: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Mulesoft and EDI technologies, as well as other integration tools such as OIC, SAP Cloud Integration, IBM MQ, IIB, Axway MFTS, IBM SCBN and Dell Boomi
• Project Management: Project Management experience is a plus.
• Delivery Models: Practical experience with a range of delivery models, including Agile, Waterfall and DevOps.
