- Lead and support engineers and subcontractors on site
- Deliver maintenance, servicing, and repair activities across fire detection and gas suppression systems
- Assist with design, estimating, integrity testing, commissioning, and client training
- Monitor subcontractor performance and manage site documentation
- Conduct safety and quality audits, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards
- Report near misses and H&S issues promptly
- Maintain daily work diaries and provide weekly updates
- Promote Johnson Controls’ culture of inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong people management abilities with experience supervising teams
- Proactive approach to unexpected situations and problem-solving

- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience with gas suppression systems (desirable)
- Mechanical fire suppression experience (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
