    We are now looking for a Training Services Coordinator & Team Assistant to join our Fire Suppression business in Enschede. In this role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to a diverse team of 12 professionals across EMEA, including trainers, technical support specialists, and engineers.


    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, connecting with people across regions, and being at the heart of a busy, dynamic technical team.

    What You Will Do


    Training Coordination


    You will be a key enabler for our Fire Suppression training programs—covering water‑based and foam‑based systems—ensuring smooth planning and flawless execution.


    Your responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating internal and external training schedules across Johnson Controls – Fire Suppression Products.
    • Supporting onsite training sessions in Enschede (attending and assisting).
    • Acting as liaison between trainers, account managers, and external customers.
    • Collaborating with Training Services Coordinators across EMEA to ensure consistent processes and delivery.
    • Maintaining rosters, training records, and participant communication.
    • Managing all training logistics: venue booking, enrolment, course materials, equipment coordination, and catering.
    • Ensuring documentation and certification processes remain audit‑ready.
    • Issuing certificates and coordinating shipment/tracking of Authorization ID cards.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve administration and processes.
    • Monitoring training effectiveness using attendance, feedback, assessments, and compliance data.


    Team Support


    You will also provide essential support to the wider Technical Services & Training team, including:

    • Assisting in developing, structuring, and maintaining training materials.
    • Tracking and maintaining metrics for Support Services and Training activities.
    • Organizing visits from international colleagues.
    • Supporting the EMEA Product Sales and Technical teams with various administrative tasks.


    You will work closely with colleagues across multiple product groups and regions, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys international collaboration.

    What We Look For
     

    Essentials

    • HBO or MBO education with relevant administrative experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
    • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and methodical.
    • Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Professional presence and confident stakeholder management.
    • Experience working with databases and generating reports.
    • Experience with shipping, logistics, and tracking processes.
    • Agenda/diary management experience.


    Desirable

    • Prior experience in a coordinator or training administration role.
    • Experience supporting international teams or customers.
    • Understanding of compliance training and recordkeeping.
    • A technical affinity or background—especially within fire protection systems.
