    1. 技术主导与方案深化
    * ‌复杂方案架构‌:负责主导大型或超大型复杂项目(如智慧园区、绿色建筑认证项目、数据中心、医院等)的整体技术方案架构设计,确保技术领先性、可靠性及成本效益的最优化。
    * ‌技术难题攻关‌:作为核心技术专家,解决项目前期与实施过程中遇到的关键性、高难度的技术问题,提供创新的解决方案。
    * ‌定制化开发支持‌:针对客户特殊需求,牵头设计非标准化的定制技术方案,并协调研发资源完成方案评估与技术实现路径规划。
    * ‌产品与协议精通‌:深度掌握公司及竞争对手的全线产品技术细节、性能边界及通信协议,能够进行精细化的系统集成设计与兼容性分析。

    2. 售前技术支撑与技术营销
    * ‌高阶技术演示‌:在重大投标、高层技术交流会等关键场合,负责进行深度技术讲解、产品性能对比分析及高保真POC演示。
    * ‌技术标书编制‌:主导技术方案文档、标书技术部分的编写与审核,确保技术描述精准、严谨且具有竞争力。
    * ‌行业技术趋势分析‌:持续追踪物联网、人工智能、数字孪生在楼宇领域的应用前沿,并转化为可行性技术方案建议或白皮书,提升品牌技术影响力。

    3. 内部赋能与标准化
    * ‌技术能力建设‌:为内部销售、初级技术工程师等提供进阶产品技术、系统架构与方案设计能力的培训和指导。
    * ‌技术工具与模版开发‌:开发和维护高级技术选型工具、系统仿真模型、标准配置清单及报价模版,提升团队技术工作效率。
    * ‌知识沉淀‌:将项目中的创新解决方案和技术实践经验进行系统化梳理,形成公司级技术资产库(如高级设计指南、故障案例库、最佳实践集)。

    任职要求

    硕士及以上学历,暖通空调、自动化、电气工程、计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域专业背景。

    8年以上楼宇自控、智慧建筑、能源管理或系统集成领域的一线技术工作经验,其中至少3年以上担任技术负责人或高级技术顾问角色。拥有多个全程主导的标杆性项目(如LEED白金级认证、大型数据中心)成功案例。

    深厚的技术专长‌:

    • HVAC/BA系统‌:精通复杂暖通空调系统与高级楼宇自控系统设计,能进行系统能耗模拟、动态负荷分析及能效优化策略设计。
    • 协议与集成‌:精通常用工业及楼宇通信协议(BACnet, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, MQTT等),并具有基于此类协议进行多系统(如安防、消防)深度集成的实战经验。
    • 软件与数字化‌:熟悉一种以上主流楼宇管理或能源管理软件平台,具备数据分析和可视化(如通过Python, SQL或BI工具)基础能力,了解云平台和边缘计算架构。
