Wil jij technisch eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor gebouwbeheersystemen binnen uitdagende utiliteits- en healthcare projecten? Je werkt aan projecten variërend van renovaties van koelcentrales tot nieuwbouwprojecten binnen ziekenhuizen en andere complexe gebouwomgevingen.

Van het UMCG nieuwbouw OK-complex en MCL Nieuwbouw ziekenhuis tot WKO-installaties en datacenteromgevingen: jij zorgt ervoor dat techniek, kwaliteit en uitvoering naadloos samenkomen.

Jouw rol

Als Project Engineer Meet- & Regeltechniek ben jij de technische spil binnen het projectteam. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar slimme en betrouwbare gebouwbeheersystemen en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische disciplines optimaal samenwerken.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van projecten, bewaakt kwaliteit en voortgang en stuurt engineers, inbedrijfstellers en leveranciers aan. Daarbij fungeer je als technisch aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als het projectteam.

Je rapporteert aan de Project Manager en bent binnen jouw projecten technisch eindverantwoordelijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Ontwerpen en configureren van gebouwbeheersystemen en HVAC-regelinstallaties.
Opstellen van technische concepten, netwerktopologieën en systeemarchitecturen.
Technisch coördineren van projecten van engineering tot oplevering.
Aansturen van software engineers, hardware engineers, inbedrijfstellers en leveranciers.
Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, scope, planning en voortgang.
Signaleren en rapporteren van technische risico's en scopewijzigingen.
Begeleiden van FAT-, SAT-, ISAT- en andere test- en oplevertrajecten.
Selecteren, bestellen en opvolgen van materialen voor jouw projecten.
Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het volledige project.
Toezien op veilig werken en naleving van veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

De projecten

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen healthcare, utiliteit en complexe gebouwomgevingen.

Voorbeelden van projecten zijn:

UMCG nieuwbouw OK-complex
MCL Nieuwbouw ziekenhuis
Nij Smellinghe WKO
KPN renovatie koelcentrale

Projecten variëren van circa €25.000 tot €3,5 miljoen en lopen uiteen van enkele weken tot meerdere jaren.

Wanneer ben je succesvol?

Na ongeveer twaalf maanden:

Ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor je eigen projectportfolio.
Ben je hét technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
Stuur je projectteams van gemiddeld circa 5 FTE technisch aan.
Bewaak je zelfstandig de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van engineering en inbedrijfstelling.
Lever je succesvolle projecten op binnen de afgesproken scope, planning en kwaliteitsnormen.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Je hebt ervaring binnen de meet- & regeltechniek, gebouwautomatisering of HVAC-regeltechniek en wilt graag technische verantwoordelijkheid dragen binnen complexe projecten.

Daarnaast heb je:

Een technische opleiding op HBO-niveau of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.
Ervaring met engineering, werkvoorbereiding, projectcoördinatie of projectengineering.
Kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties en regeltechniek.
Affiniteit met gebouwbeheersystemen en HVAC-automatisering.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.

Ook als je momenteel Engineer of Werkvoorbereider bent en een volgende stap richting Project Engineering wilt maken, komen we graag met je in gesprek.
