    This unique position combines business development expertise with product management acumen, allowing you to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while shaping the future of our product offerings.
     

    How you will do it

    • Design persuasives go-to-market strategies and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers.

    • Collaborating with the global/Regional product manager, sales and marketing teams, technical support staff, and senior management helps manage the activities of employees responsible for developing business for the corporation.

    • Served as a vital member of the product management team and effectively networked throughout the global product management organization.

    • Driver product line growth by developing and implementing growth plans and marketing campaigns.

    • Led to identifying and developing clear, comprehensive, and compelling product strategic roadmaps in target segment markets across the region.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.

    • Strong understanding of company products, services, business position, and competition to keep business competitive.

    Product Management:

    • General

    o Provide effective leadership for product development with functional teams.

    o Consistently meet short and long-term deadlines.

    o Served as an influential individual contributor and cross-functional team member.

    • Work closely with the counterparts in global and region to coordinate & understand global markets.

    o Represent the views & trends of the BAS market in India

    o Provide supporting data & analysis showing the needs of the India market
    • Be an active contributor to the initial NPI projects.

    o Help identify customer needs and competitive intelligence.

    o Manage the data flow (forecasts, pricing, growth projections, etc.) to ensure a successful start-up.

    • As the product marketing expert of target product business growth in the region

    o Lead to identify the vertical market cross in the region.

    o Conduct necessary VOC activity to summarize the customer value propositions (CVP)

    o Form a clear product requirement list by converting the CVP and working with portfolio managers to build an essential offering roadmap.

    o As a business advocator, partner with the regional sale leaders to drive product line growth by offering solution prospects.

    • Deliver product financial results through effective product management.

    o Established clear market share, price, margin targets, and action plans to achieve.

    o Effectively manage product launches in close partnership with channel leadership and field sales organization

    o Develop customer profitability analysis.

    • Develop effective product strategic plans and roadmaps.

    o Develop and effectively communicate a comprehensive analysis of:

    ▪ End-user and distributor needs and desires for relevant products and systems. ▪ Commercial OEM needs and desires for relevant products and systems.

    ▪ Current and anticipated competitive offerings.

    o Establish a compelling business case for new/enhanced product development plans.

    ▪ Develop a complete financial plan for product development, launch, and growth.

    ▪ Effectively anticipate competitive responses and prepare response plans.

    ▪ Deliver effective NPI/Business Case presentations to gain the support of global products leadership.

    o Develop and maintain long-term product roadmaps.

    ▪ Actively engage in providing leadership and support to product development projects

    ▪ Rapidly address critical changes in the competitive environment

    • Provide business and marketplace leadership for responsible products.

    o Actively serve as a high-level representative in industry/customer associations

    o Develop and deliver presentations at key industry events.

    o Served as key customer account interface at a senior level.
