What will you do

    The Product Manager, EMEA, HVAC Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the HVAC domain in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process.  This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the EMEA domain and leadership teams.

    How will you do it

    Key Responsibilities

    • Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio

    • Operationalizes service platforms from global team

    • Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards

    • Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)

    • Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events

    • Represents regional field and customer voice to global team

    Success Measures

    • Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion

    • Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)

    • Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio

    • Increases premium (full coverage) service mix

    • Drives growth in connected assets

    What we are looking for

    Required 

    • Extensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management

    • Proven expertise in the HVAC Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert

    • Proven track record of successfully bringing new capabilities to market

    • Strong project management and execution skills

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives

    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

    • Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time

    Preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Management, or Technology

    • Experience working with digital or connected solutions

    • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and tools

    Erforderliche Qualifikationen

    • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Service Product Management, Service Operations, Commercial Enablement im Servicebereich oder Produktlebenszyklusmanagement

    • Nachgewiesene Expertise im HVAC-Serviceumfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, als vertrauenswürdiger Berater und Fachexperte zu agieren

    • Erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Produkte, Dienstleistungen oder Fähigkeiten am Markt

    • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Umsetzungsfähigkeiten

    • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung funktionsübergreifender Teams und Initiativen

    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten von etwa 10–25 %

    Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

    • Bachelorabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder einem technologischen Fachgebiet
