Job Title: Oracle Fusion SMC Value Stream Lead

    Role Overview 

    We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SMC (Subscription Management Cloud) Value Stream Lead to join our team. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle SMC and B2B Service / Service Logistics processes, combined with strong leadership, delivery, and DevOps acumen. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the endtoend SMC value stream, driving prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and system integrators. 

     

    Key Responsibilities 

    Value Stream & Delivery Leadership 

    • Own Oracle Fusion SMC value stream including enhancements and production support. 

    • Plan, prioritize, and manage approved enhancement and support backlogs in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects. 

    • Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and business commitments. 

    • Optimize backlog execution to ensure efficient delivery across enhancements and production support. 

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, automate processes, and minimize support tickets. 

    Team & Stakeholder Management 

    • Lead and manage a team of Oracle Fusion functional and technical consultants. 

    • Provide functional and technical guidance following Oracle and industry best practices. 

    • Partner with service providers and manage onshore/offshore delivery models to ensure timely, highquality solutions. 

    • Collaborate with other Fusion Value Stream Leads, DevOps teams, and delivery/support teams across integrated edge applications. 

    Operations, Support & Governance 

    • Lead daytoday issue analysis and resolution in production environments. 

    • Follow Johnson Controls’ Major Incident Management process for P1/P2 incidents by engaging appropriate teams. 

    • Coordinate production deployment scheduling, reviews, and approvals with Release and Deployment leaders. 

    • Ensure solutions align with global delivery standards and enterprise architecture. 

    • Provide valuestreamlevel KPI reporting to BPOs and Delivery Leadership. 

     

    Required Expertise & Qualifications 

    Functional & Technical Expertise 

    • 15+ years of overall experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EBusiness Suite. 

    • Proven experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) and B2B Service / Maintenance Cloud. 

    • At least one endtoend Oracle SMC implementation experience. 

    • Strong understanding of:  

    • SubscriptiontoAR and SubscriptiontoRMCS data flows 

    • Maintenance Cloud and Service Logistics processes 

    • Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration for small and largescale initiatives. 

    • Handson working knowledge of:  

    • Oracle Database and data structures 

    • BIP and OTBI report creation and migration 

    • REST and SOAP APIs 

    • Oracle OCI, VBCS, and App Composer 

    Leadership & Communication 

    • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. 

    • Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams in highpressure, fastpaced environments. 

    • Exceptional collaboration, influence, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills. 

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment. 

     

    Education & Certifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

    • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications preferred. 

     

    Preferred Skills 

    • Experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery models. 

    • Knowledge of additional Oracle Fusion modules. 

    • Experience driving automation and operational excellence initiatives.
