Manager Operational Analysis – Systems EMEA

    As Manager Operational Analysis – Systems EMEA, you will report directly to the Vice President Systems EMEA and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.

    What You Will Do

    You will lead operational analysis and reporting for the Systems function across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and driving efficiency improvements. Your role will focus on analyzing key performance metrics, managing cashflow and inventory, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. You will also foster collaboration across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and coach team members to build a culture of continuous improvement.

    How You Will Do It

    • Partner with regional senior leadership to align and prioritize operational initiatives.
    • Analyze trends in KPIs and operational metrics across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, gross margin, Direct Field Labor productivity, utilization, and capacity.
    • Oversee cashflow analysis for systems projects, including inventory and bad debt management.
    • Drive improvements in operational efficiency for the centralized Systems Function, including engineering cost centers, global centers of excellence cost allocation, and cashflow metrics across the region.
    • Lead operational reporting activities (System Scorecard, Metric Bowler, Segment Performance Reporting).
    • Provide leadership and direction in tracking and monitoring committed results.
    • Facilitate cross-functional reviews of key initiatives and support knowledge sharing.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and incorporate feedback for ongoing process enhancement.
    • Coach and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to internal projects and support ad-hoc assignments as required.

    What We Look For

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (mathematics, finance, statistics, business analytics, data science, engineering, or equivalent).
    • 8+ years of experience in operational analysis, FP&A, or related discipline.
    • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills for data analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
    • High standards of accuracy, precision, and organizational ability.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    Preferred

    • Experience with HFM/OneStream.
    • Prior leadership or management experience in a regional or global context.

    The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2900 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
