What You Will Do
As Manager of Product Technical Support, EMEA, you will take ownership of the Product Technical Support team, leading 6-8 highly engaged office-based support specialists.
You will ensure that customer requests are handled efficiently via Teams, email, and phone, with a focus on delivering outstanding technical support for all products sold in EMEA.
You will join a collaborative, international organization committed to leadership development, offering extensive internal networks and resources to help grow your expertise.
