¿Cuál será tu Rol?

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Soporte Técnico HVAC Remoto para proporcionar asistencia técnica experta a técnicos de campo en sistemas HVAC.

Este rol se centrará en el soporte remoto de sistemas de HVAC YORK apoyando las operaciones de campo y garantizando una alta eficiencia en el servicio, reducción de tiempos de inactividad y mejora de la satisfacción del cliente.

Actuarás como punto de referencia técnico colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de campo, ingeniería y operaciones de servicio.

¿Cuáles serán tus Responsabilidades?

Proporcionar soporte técnico remoto a técnicos HVAC durante actividades de mantenimiento, reparación y puesta en marcha.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos en tiempo real utilizando herramientas remotas, plataformas de monitorización y comunicación directa.
Dar soporte en el troubleshooting de equipos HVAC.
Analizar alarmas, datos de rendimiento y comportamiento de los sistemas para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones eficaces.
Escalar incidencias complejas a equipos de ingeniería o producto cuando sea necesario, asegurando un adecuado seguimiento.
Contribuir a la creación de documentación técnica, buenas prácticas y base de conocimiento.
Identificar incidencias recurrentes y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.
Colaborar con stakeholders internos para mejorar las capacidades y herramientas de soporte remoto.

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

Formación técnica en HVAC, Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o similar.

Experiencia sólida en sistemas HVAC (chillers, climatizadoras, VRF, controles, etc.).

Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos.

Se valorará experiencia previa en soporte remoto, service desk o servicio de campo.

Fuertes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Capacidad para trabajar en entornos en tiempo real y bajo presión, apoyando operaciones de campo.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para explicar soluciones técnicas de forma clara.

Alta orientación al cliente y enfoque en la calidad del servicio.a.

Perfil proactivo, estructurado y orientado a soluciones.

Buen Nivel de Inglés.
