Voor het Salesteam Building Management Systems Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Accountmanager. Met jouw commerciële drive en kennis/affiniteit van meet- en regeltechniek ben je een volwaardig lid van ons hechte salesteam waarmee we de Nederlandse markt op een hoog niveau bedienen.


    In deze rol ben je in staat om diverse segmenten voor Johnson Controls uit te bouwen in de dynamische BMS markt.  Je bent een vertrouwd sparringpartner op directieniveau bij de eindklant en door je relaties met installateurs en jouw netwerk van stakeholders in dit interessante segment ben je in staat om grote projecten voor Johnson Controls te winnen. Door middel van de door jou ontwikkelde lange termijnvisie zorg je ervoor dat deze projecten ook de nodige aandacht van onze service organisatie gaan krijgen. De digitale toekomst van BMS is een belangrijk onderdeel van deze visie.

    Naast de ontwikkeling van bestaande Johnson Controls klanten ben jij zeker ook in staat om nieuwe klantrelaties op te bouwen.


    Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

    • Het opstellen van een strategische visie en een segment plan;
    • Het opstellen en uitvoeren van accountplannen;
    • Het creëren van “Smart Buildings” samen met - en voor je eigen klanten;
    • Het bewaken en realiseren van verkoopdoelstellingen die bijdragen aan de korte en lange termijn doelstellingen van de organisatie;
    • Het bewaken van de omzet doelstellingen door middel van een betrouwbare forecast;
    • Het (mede) leiding geven aan een bid team bij het uitbrengen van grotere offertes voor je klant;
    • (Door)ontwikkelen van de bestaande accounts in het segment;
    • Het aanboren van nieuwe leads/accounts dmv o.a. nieuwe digitale proposities;
    • Positioneren van een klant specifiek aanbod met duidelijke waardepropositie, zoals life cycle/total cost of ownership voor jouw accounts;
    • Het bespreken en (mede) opstellen van grote service contracten voor je klant;
    • Het onderhandelen van T’s & C’s bij grotere offertes en contracten;
    • Ontwikkelen van op vertrouwen gebaseerde relaties met klanten (eindgebruikers);
    • Contacten onderhouden met sleutelspelers in de markt;
