What you will do
The Project Coordinator for Cruise is responsible for supporting the consistent and timely delivery of services across medium-complexity projects and programs. The role focuses on coordinating administrative, commercial, and logistical activities to ensure customer expectations are met and project processes run efficiently.

How you will do it

• Ensure consistent delivery of services in line with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support and expedite administrative activities within medium/moderately complex projects or programs.
• Process subcontracts and maintain all required project, contract, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate the invoicing process, including preparation, tracking, and resolution of invoice-related issues.
• Place material and equipment orders in accordance with project needs and approved budgets.
• Track shipments and deliveries to ensure materials are available as planned and delays are escalated in a timely manner.
• Serve as a coordination point between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide status updates to the project team as needed.
• Support adherence to internal processes, policies, and customer requirements.

What we look for

• University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; or
• A 2-year post-secondary degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a structured and systematic way.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of project processes, procurement, and invoicing cycles.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a project team.
