What you will do:
The SSA Sales Specialist supports field sales, customer service, and business partners by managing software support agreement quotations and system administration activities across multiple platforms. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely quotation while supporting customers and internal teams throughout the quote‑to‑fulfillment lifecycle. Operating across Salesforce, SAP, and internal licensing tools, the role plays a key role in delivering high‑volume support agreement quotations for the Software House and American Dynamics brands throughout the Americas region.
How you will do it:
Responsibilities
Manage high‑volume software support agreement quotation requests for Access Control and Video Surveillance products, prioritizing urgent and revenue‑sensitive orders and opportunities.
Proactively reach out to existing customers regarding software support agreements to drive renewals and maintain long‑term relationships.
Ensure timely creation and delivery of software support agreement quotations utilizing Salesforce, including responding to inquiries via email and phone.
Collaborate with OEM suppliers to obtain third‑party quotes.
Monitor, respond to, and close Salesforce cases, ensuring accurate redirection of requests when needed.
Support customers and field sales teams by answering inquiries, redirecting requests appropriately.
Collaborate across departments to assist with the resolution of licensing, billing, and order discrepancies, ensuring smooth order handling and strong customer satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with the licensing team regarding data, support, and registration change requests.
Maintain accurate documentation, system data, customer information, and audit‑ready records within licensing tools, Salesforce, and internal databases.
Contribute to maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date contact list for integrators and business partners.
Support team communication by ensuring processes, procedures, and training related to licenses and software support agreements are clearly documented and shared.
Document recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Provide guidance and basic technical support to business partners regarding licensing structures, product configurations, and system requirements.

Key Requirements
Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce
Familiarity with SAP (preferred)

HIRING SALARY: $60,000 - 60,600 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
