- Develop a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the processes and tools they use to achieve their objectives.
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery through effective resource planning, deployment, and field operations administration.
- Own and drive financial KPIs for the assigned area of responsibility, including revenue, margin, profitability, resource utilization, and absorption
- Partner closely with your direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed in line with contractual obligations and customer commitments
- Monitor field service execution to ensure internal processes are followed and customer expectations are consistently met
- Track and report competitor activity and market trends relevant to the service business growth strategy
- Apply and promote safety policies in industrial environments in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008
- Prepare and validate work permits, including work at height, activities on operating plants, correct application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, and operating procedures
- Support the assessment of specific risks through on-site inspections, coordinating with internal or customer RSPP and HSE Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources, ideally in a Service environment (preventive maintenance, repair activities, and larger modernization projects)
- Strong safety mindset and solid knowledge of Italian H&S regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
- Assertive, action-oriented leader, results-driven and innovative; able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines
- Fluent in Italian with a good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs.
- ASPP certification (not essential, but highly valued).
