Job Description: Third-Party Process & Quality Management Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Third-Party Process & Quality Management to oversee and manage external suppliers’ production processes and quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that all third-party partners comply with company standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management
- Manage and evaluate third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality and process requirements
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with external partners
Process & System Management
- Oversee suppliers’ production processes and system documentation (SOPs, quality manuals, etc.)
- Ensure all process documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Quality Control
- Monitor and manage incoming material quality and outgoing product quality
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
A/B Standard Process Management
- Manage and enforce A/B classification processes and related quality control procedures
- Ensure proper execution and traceability of A/B standards
Factory Audit & Compliance
- Lead and support factory audits (internal and customer audits)
- Ensure suppliers meet compliance, regulatory, and customer requirements
On-site Audit & Supervision
- Conduct regular on-site audits at supplier facilities
- Provide guidance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Drive supplier performance improvement and process optimization

Qualifications

Education of background in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in supplier or third-party management
Strong experience in supplier quality management, process control, and system audits
Familiar with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards)
Proven experience in factory audits and supplier development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Willingness to travel and conduct frequent on-site supplier audits

Language Requirements

Fluent in English (reading and writing required)
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
