    ¿Qué harás?

    Realizar actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo en los equipos e instalaciones asignados a cada una de las áreas de producción y/o del edificio. Brindar soporte y ejecutar las tareas y funciones del grupo de mantenimiento, asegurando que el equipo de planta esté siempre operable.

    ¿Cómo lo harás?

    El técnico de mantenimiento realiza reparaciones y mantenimiento mecánico, neumático, eléctrico y de control en la maquinaria.

    Los proyectos y tareas de rediseño de equipos son programados por el Coordinador de Mantenimiento o por los ingenieros de Manufactura asignados al área.

    ¿Qué buscamos?

    Requisitos:

    • Licenciatura o carrera técnica, preferentemente en mantenimiento, manufactura o ingeniería.

    • Conocimientos prácticos y técnicos para resolver fallas eléctricas, electrónicas y de control CNC.

    • Conocimientos prácticos y técnicos para resolver fallas mecánicas, neumáticas e hidráulicas.
    • Conocimiento de KPIs de Mantenimiento, tiempo muerto, MTTR, MTBF.
    • Disponibilidad para trabajar 24/7 y fines de semana.
    • 5 años o más de experiencia como técnico industrial.
    • Experiencia como líder o en gestión de personal.
    • Comprensión de OEE.

    Deseable:

    • 50 % de inglés hablado y escrito.

    • Nivel de ingeniería o similar.
    • Experiencia práctica en control eléctrico o PLC, motores servo, servo drives y herramientas.
    • Manejo de computadora y dominio de programas como: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Sentido de urgencia.
