    Hos Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service, søger vi i øjeblikket en Technical Customer Support til vores team i Holme, Aarhus.
    Som en del af teamet vil du, via vores Digital Marine Support Center, håndtere akutte tekniske serviceanmodninger fra maritime kunder. Du bliver deres primære kontaktperson og yder fjernsupport ved tekniske udfordringer ombord på skibe verden over. Du bliver en del af et dedikeret team, der udfører serviceprojekter på opererende skibe og platforme globalt.

    Det er en fordel, hvis du er uddannet køletekniker, men det er ikke et krav. Du skal trives med at arbejde selvstændigt og kunne prioritere dine opgaver.
    I denne rolle vil dit primære fokus være at levere kvalitetsservice til vores kunder verden over. Ved at overvåge marine systemer gennem vores centrale kontrolsystem, sikrer du korrekt drift af det mekaniske udstyr. Du prioriterer serviceanmodninger sammen med teamet for hurtigt at finde den bedste løsning på kundens problem.
    Du samarbejder med serviceudbydere og kunder, følger op på fremskridt og sikrer overholdelse af serviceaftaler. Derudover bidrager du til udviklingen af vores digitale marineplatform og udarbejder månedlige rapporter til ledelsen. Ud over din supportrolle får du også ansvar for at drive mindre projekter i samarbejde med vores serviceprojektteam.

    Om dig

    • Godt kendskab til køl- og HVAC-produkter samt generel forståelse for servicering af HVAC-systemer til marine-segmentet er en fordel
    • Interesse i at bruge din viden om køl og HVAC til at analysere og fejlsøge ud fra live data fra køleanlæg ombord på skibe
    • En stærk serviceorienteret tilgang og dedikation til enestående kundesupport
    • Evne til at navigere i et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø med hyppige, mindre projekter og skiftende prioriteringer
    • Kan tolke og anvende teknisk dokumentation og diagrammer, gerne inden for HVAC og kølesystemer
    • Taler flydende engelsk; kendskab til dansk er en fordel
