What you will do:
Ensure on-time and accurate monthly dashboard and recruitment summary for different businesses with open, offered, joined, declined, total offer placed, offer acceptance ratio, source mix and hiring forecast data; monitor accuracy of data for TA audit. The span of the role is APAC dashboard and global analytics
On time delivery of weekly dashboard with Open, joined and offered candidate details across all businesses; Hands on experience with data management resource like advance excel and Power BI
Efficiently carry out end-to-end empanelment and agreement of new vendors in MDG portal for recruitment process; ensure the Addendum is in place for all the active vendors
SPOC for creating all India contract requisitions in Taleo; on-time end to end invoice processing for all business
Proactively collaborate with vendors and procurement team for recruitment invoices for on time payments to vendors; manage escalations
Validating Joining date, Gross salary, location, Source, Bonus Plan and Percentage, grade, Position Type (New / Replacement), External / Internal of all new hires before offer extension through Workday
