We are looking for a Quality Engineer.
What will you do?
Support our Manufacturing Lines, focusing on process audits, corrective actions, customer complaint investigation, and solution implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Chillers Products and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce customer claims, reworks, and scrap.

7. Review, Update Control Plan/PFMEA based on manufacturing process & customer claims.
8.People management. Responsible to coordinate activities with Quality Auditors regarding priorities, audits & actions.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
- Experience with process audits, corrective actions, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) is a plus.
- Availability to work on shift 1, Shift 2 and Shift 3
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Chillers Products or similar industries (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certification in quality engineering (CQE, etc.) or Six Sigma is a plus.
