    • 独立完成冷水机组或HVAC系统健康状态评估,根据项目情况和客户需求,或引导客户了解真正所需,制定或优化传统空调服务维保方案,包括压缩机预防性大修方案的制定等,确保客户设备稳定、高效运行。
    • 完成现有冷水机组性能评估,提供节能或投资回报经济性分析计算和改造方案,如冷机变频改造等。
    • 制作、整理和优化常用HVAC传统服务方案模板,在区域内完成成功案例推广工作。
    • 从既有IB清单,针对不同客户属性和垂直市场,识别业务机会,参与制定销售策略。
    • 提供日常HVAC传统服务销售和客户的业务咨询和支持。
    • 配合其它VBU完成Service服务方案制定。
    • 提供内外部客户传统服务内容培训。
    • 上级经理、主管安排的其它工作。

    任职要求:

    • 熟悉HVAC系统和离心、螺杆等冷水机组结构和原理 
    • 了解高效机房及系统基本原理
    • 制冷或暖通专业毕业
    • 大学本科或以上学历;有相关行业工作经验8年以上
    • 性格开朗,良好的沟通协调能力和语言表达能力;英语读写熟练
    • 熟练应用办公软件(WORD,EXCEL,PPT),和 AUTOCAD。
