    Qué harás?

    Asegura la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales indirectos, reacciones, herramientas y consumibles necesarios para las operaciones de la planta, mediante la gestión eficiente de compras y la administración del almacén de herramientas (Tool crib).   

    El puesto busca garantizar continuidad en la producción, optimización de costos y correcto control de inventarios.  

    ¿Cómo lo harás?

    • Gestionar el ciclo completo de compras de materiales indirectos, refacciones, servicios y suministros generales (MRO).  

    • Solicitar cotizaciones y negociar con proveedores para la compra de equipos, mercancías, materiales y servicios necesarios para la operación.  

    • Recibir y procesar solicitudes de materiales indirectos, MRO y/o servicios a través del Portal  ARIBA Y SAP  

    • Monitorea y controla inventarios de herramientas, refacciones y material indirecto con sistema ERP/SAP.  

    • Procesamiento, revisión y control de órdenes de compra.  

    • Crea y mantiene un sistema de mínimos y máximos para asegurar que haya suministros indirectos/repuestos para máquinas/accesorios disponibles  

    • Actuar como moderador entre proveedores y clientes internos, evaluación, selección y desarrollo de proveedores.  

    • Implementa estrategias y acciones para reducir proveedores, estandarización y/o gestión de la demanda.  

    • Coordinar la calibración, mantenimiento preventivo y reemplazo de herramientas según plan.  

    • Mantener retroalimentación de información con proveedores a través de comunicación escrita; sobre rechazos, devoluciones y otras observaciones sobre sus productos y/o materiales.   Mantiene la integridad de los datos del sistema 

    • Participa en todas las actividades que se le asignen en relación con el sistema de Equipos de Alto Desempeño.  

    • Generar reportes de inventarios, consumos y obsolescencias.  

    • Trabaja con una supervisión mínima y puede recibir asistencia de empleados de nivel inicial e intermedio  

    • Lidera y coordina proyectos de ahorro  

    • Garantiza el cumplimiento de las Políticas Globales de Compras/Procuración.   Resuelve discrepancias de pago/facturas, crea eGPR para proveedores críticos   Conserva en buen estado las herramientas de trabajo.  

    • Asegura que se mantenga el orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo (implementando las 5’s).  Cumple con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.  

    • Realiza cualquier otra actividad asignada por su Supervisor  

    • Participa en los entrenamientos asignados según el plan anual de capacitación    Participa en el cumplimiento aplicando la política de calidad.   Sigue las reglas y el procedimiento de la empresa

    • Carrera Profesional concluida
    • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia con proveedores de servicios y Material Indirecto 
    • Experiencia en gestión de contratos 
    • Inglés conversacional
    • SAP y ARIBA (deseable
