Position Overview
Under minimal supervision, this role serves as a senior, hands-on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Commercial HVAC expert supporting both service and construction project environments. The Senior / Lead Technician is responsible for technical execution, quality control, and leadership in the field while delivering reliable system performance and strong customer outcomes.
This position combines advanced technical expertise, construction/startup leadership, customer-facing responsibility, and mentorship of junior technicians.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100-140k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
