    Obiettivo generale

    La figura del BMS Service Sales Representative si occuperà della gestione dei clienti Service in ambito BMS con l’obiettivo di identificare e sfruttare le opportunità di business Service creando valore differenziale per l’aerea Nord Italia, nell'ottica di sviluppo di un business integrato di Sistemi BMS, efficienza energetica, HVAC.

    Responsabilità principali

    • Il BMS Service Sales Representative deve analizzare e conoscere tecnicamente le esigenze postvendita dei clienti BMS, verificare attraverso budget e piani di sviluppo dello stesso le sue esigenze oltre che far fronte a specifiche necessità dichiarate dal cliente stesso

    • Deve proporre e gestire trattative e negoziazioni relative ai contratti di manutenzione

    • Deve coordinare la propria attività allineandosi con Area Manager, filiali e colleghi

    • Deve curare e consolidare rapporti personali stabilendo un rapporto di partnership, ed identificarsi quale consulente del cliente

    • Deve scegliere le tecniche più efficaci per rendere il rapporto più proficuo e duraturo al fine di “fidelizzare il cliente”

    • Il BMS Service Sales Representative dovrà quindi definire e raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati attraverso un rapporto consulenziale con i clienti assegnati trasferendo la Value Proposition aziendale

    • Dovrà infine gestire efficacemente la relazione con tutta l’organizzazione interna per assicurare il conseguimento dei Target assegnati.

    Il profilo che cerchiamo

    • Esperienza di vendita di almeno 3 anni in organizzazioni strutturate nell’ambito di clienti End-Users (es Industria manifatturiera, Pharma e chimica, Logistica ecc.) con indirizzo BMS

    • Esperienza in ambito tecnico BMS

    • Attitudine al lavoro indipendente e strutturato e ad assumere l'iniziativa e capacità di lavoro così come in Team

    • Spirito di iniziativa, creatività, dialettica e spiccata capacità di problem-solving

    • Alta disponibilità, flessibilità e capacità di dare il meglio sotto pressione

    • Buona capacità di espressione in italiano e inglese, sia nello scritto che verbale

    • Conoscenza delle applicazioni MS Office

    • Patente di guida cat. B

    • Si richiede disponibilità a viaggiare.
