    What you will do?

    Lead and grow IR Service sales in Indonesia as the primary owner of Labour & Materials (L&M) Service Sales, with strategic oversight of Retrofit Solutions, Digitalisation Solutions, and PSA Sales.
    Indonesia Service Sales Manager to leverage deep customer relationships, market knowledge, and proven capability to drive revenue growth of the country.
    The position also supports the Sales Leader in achieving annual targets, expanding market penetration particularly within the F&B and YPS segments and providing mentorship to junior commercial team members when required.

     
    How you will do it:  

    Strategic Leadership and Market Development

    • Develop and own the Indonesia service sales strategy and annual plan, aligned with regional objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities across L&M, Retrofit, Digitalization, and PSA, with a clear emphasis on expanding the installed base and increasing lifecycle revenue.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and translate strategy into measurable targets and actions.

    L&M Sales

    • Proactively grow L&M service revenue through engagement with existing and new customers; design preventative, corrective, and long-term maintenance solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Present lifecycle cost savings, reliability improvements, and risk mitigation benefits; support contract renewals, scope changes, and pricing updates.

    Retrofit Sales

    • Identify and drive retrofit upgrade opportunities to enhance customer assets (energy efficiency, performance optimization, compliance, end‑of‑life replacements).
    • Perform site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams for accurate technical scoping.

    What we look for:  

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional sales qualifications preferred.
    • 8–12+ years of B2B service sales experience in industrial/technical environments; proven track record in L&M, retrofit, digitalization, and service contract sales.
    • Strong network and relationships with Oil & Gas customers in Indonesia; familiarity with regional market desirable for the expansion phase.
    • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience; ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics; ability to manage complex proposals, pricing, and contracts.
    • Willingness to travel regionally, including potential travel to Malaysia as the expansion program requires.
