Voor onze vestiging Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een

Service coördinator Fire om ons team te komen versterken.

Als Service coördinator Fire ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van service en onderhoud bij onze klanten

Wat verwachten we van je?

Je zult met je beste instelling ervoor gaan zorgen dat alle service verzoeken die binnenkomen voor brandmeld en blusgas installaties ingepland gaan worden bij de juiste service technici.
Je werkdag bestaat o.a. uit het inplannen van storingen en van preventief onderhoud en zorgt daarbij voor een goede werkvoorbereiding.
Je bent de schakel tussen de klant, installateur en onze technci en doet deze communicatie op een correcte en nette manier.
Je bent creatief in het zoeken naar planningsoplossingen die bijdragen om de problemen bij onze klanten zo goed als mogelijk op te lossen.
Je denkt mee in het groter geheel om samen tot oplossingen te komen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde MBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar.
Je bent servicegericht en stressbestendig met een goede dienstverlenende instelling.
Goede communicatie voor jou geen probleem en je schrikt dan ook niet af voor een moeilijk gesprek.
Je kan mensen motiveren en positiviteit is voor jou je standaard.
Je bent collegiaal, flexibel en een goede teamplayer.
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
Je beheerst de Engelse taal voldoende.
