The Service Operation Excellence is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service sales and service revenue delivery. across the organization. This role supports daily service operations, requests, problems, and change management processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain service stability, and helps drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery function. and ensure overall order process in compliance and target achievement.
What you will do 1. As Service Operation Excellence. you need to engage in data service operations to monitor related Service project, offer daily service sales figure update with variable revenue reporting, forecasting; analyze figure changing reason and figure out the risk mitigation action plan. 2. Communicate customer request delivery arrangement with periodical target driving, providing on time performance status and relative analysis. 3. Engage in contract management process with necessary review and approval process, follow internal risk control requirement with proper coordination with customer and sales team, effectively manage order and contracts and properly archive them. 4. Efficiently work multi-tasks with time pressure, take ownership and independently manage and organize tasks. identify potential problems and take appropriate actions to solve them. Comply with company policies and procedures while always remaining customer oriented. 5. Assist local office administrative tasks, and other urgent tasks assigned by management. What we look for · Bachelor Degree, preferably in business management or commercial background; · More than 2 years working experience in business support related function with strong commercial sense in multi-national companies, with finance knowledge will be a plus. · Good data understanding, have solid data analysis skills, Salesforce, Ariba, experience will be a plus.
