    Job Summary 

    As a Global Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist at Johnson Controls, you will be instrumental in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for hiring needs PAN India. This role demands deep expertise in conventional and unconventional sourcing methods, applicant funnel management, interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will also leverage market intelligence and recruitment technologies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
     

    What will you do?

    • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize conventional and unconventional sourcing channels including job boards, social media, AI tools, and CRM platforms.
    • Manage applicant funnels effectively to ensure timely progression through the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling across time zones and stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions.
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.
    • Conduct market intelligence research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS and CRM systems.
    • Promote Johnson Controls’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across sourcing channels.


    What we look for?

    • 5+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, with a strong focus on India & APAC market.
    • Proven success in sourcing for roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales domains.
    • Expertise in building and managing candidate pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
    • Experience in managing candidate experience and interview logistics in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, market intelligence platforms, and AI tools for recruitment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience in a Global Talent Acquisition or Sourcing setup.
    • Deep understanding of technology, cultural nuances, and talent availability.
    • Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
    • Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
