    6.新零部件的验证过程中,参与和供方的技术交流工作,制定或会签样品验证方案,统一检验标准,与供方共同解决样品试制过程中出现的质量问题。

    7.熟悉新产品开发RCLP流程,参与新产品开发,确保流程的实施和每个节点的质量管控

    8.根据新产品或零部件项目开发不同阶段的需求,负责PAPSO提出,审核,审批,归档及动态管理工作

    9.熟悉所负责零部件和产品的国标,企标,采购要求等,有较强的失效分析能力

    10.参与或主导客户现场质量问题的处理,组织并推动根本原因分析和改善措施的有效实施

    11.岗位职责范围内的零部件或产品检验指导书的编制,审核和培训。

    12. 如涉及供方管理,负责供方绩效提升/质量改进/变更管理/新工艺技术的推广/组织年度审核和不定期飞行抽检/奖惩索赔,确保供方质量稳定和不断提升。

    13. 如涉及产线管理,产线指标/质量改进/变更管理/质量工具应用/推动质量持续改进。

    你需要做的是:

    1.3年以上制造行业质量管理工作经验

    2.本科以上学历,机械自动化或电气工程自动化专业,

    具备质量管理知识及实践经验,掌握8D、PAPSO等质量工具的应用;

    3.能熟练使用各种办公软件,流利英语口语交流能力。
