    How you will do it

    As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for targeting new customer growth by promoting and selling our aftersales services such as, spare and replacement parts, emergency and planned service and maintenance and planned service agreements, on HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire and Remote Monitoring services to a wide range of customer within our segment.

    We are seeking people with passion, enthusiasm and the tenacity to seek those opportunities then execute on them. You will be by supported by enterprise tools, data sets, valuable customer insight and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth. You will also ensure effective adoption of Company systems, tools, pricing policies and sales processes.

    Through using our current market intelligence and industry networking tools you will blend field activity with conversations with new clients to capture any opportunities available to you. Salesforce.com is the CRM tool within the business and our Marketing function is also able to support with external communications and tailoring customer campaigns you require to assist you with performing your growth strategy.

    What we look for

    5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/ Fire Protection systems within the Marine and Navy Market covering field sales and in-depth knowledge of business development, opportunity, and pipeline management. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals. Experience with Material Organisation, dockyards will be added benefit.

    Responsible and accountable for end-to-end ownership of sales. This includes short terms and long-term strategy for business, owning the product portfolio, identifying customer needs and creating strong value proposition to serve these needs.

    Make quotations, costing, estimation, getting quotes from suppliers, submitting the quotes on portal and other online platforms, negotiating the quotes with customer buyer departments followed by close liaising within the team will be the main scope.

    Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like networking, utilising internal and market data and social media

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/ local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.

    Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration mandatory and experience with Indian Navy procurement departments preferred.
