    Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Business System Leader expérimenté(e) pour piloter l’évolution et le déploiement du Johnson Controls Business System (JCBS) dans la région EMEA. Dans ce rôle hautement stratégique, vous collaborerez étroitement avec la direction afin de traduire la stratégie de l’entreprise en exécution opérationnelle, de développer les capacités organisationnelles et de générer des améliorations de performance durables et mesurables.

    Comment vous le ferez :

    • Promouvoir et faire évoluer en continu le Johnson Controls Business System au sein du domaine EMEA.
    • Collaborer étroitement avec le/la VP/GM du domaine afin d’aligner le déploiement du système de management sur les priorités stratégiques, ou assurer la responsabilité de bout en bout de la simplification de l’un des flux de valeur clés (Core Value Streams).
    • Agir en tant que garant du système et architecte culturel, en favorisant la cohérence, la rigueur et la maturité au sein du domaine.
    • Diriger, accompagner et développer une équipe de Business System Leaders afin de renforcer à la fois leur expertise Lean et leurs compétences de leadership.
    • Fournir un accompagnement pratique en leadership Kaizen, résolution structurée de problèmes et amélioration de la performance.
    • Construire un solide vivier de succession composé de talents BSL à fort potentiel.

    • Établir et renforcer des standards élevés en matière de résolution structurée de problèmes (méthodologie A3, validation des causes racines, efficacité des contre-mesures).
    • Accompagner les dirigeants afin qu’ils se concentrent sur les causes profondes plutôt que sur les symptômes, en privilégiant l’impact plutôt que l’activité.
    • Réaliser des analyses approfondies et des revues pour garantir la cohérence, la qualité et la pérennité des pratiques de résolution de problèmes.
    • Traduire la stratégie en actions concrètes grâce à une planification efficace et à l’activation d’initiatives Kaizen.
    • Générer des résultats mesurables en matière de croissance, productivité, marge, trésorerie et expérience client.
    • Collaborer avec la direction générale pour identifier les opportunités et éliminer les obstacles systémiques à l’exécution.
    • Assurer un déploiement efficace des systèmes de gestion quotidienne (Daily Management), avec un lien clair entre les KPI, la stratégie et les activités d’amélioration.
    • Développer la standardisation du management visuel, des routines de responsabilisation et des processus d’escalade.
    • Évaluer régulièrement et améliorer l’efficacité ainsi que la maturité du système de management.
    • Garantir l’alignement du déploiement du JCBS entre les fonctions, les régions et les flux de valeur.
    • Optimiser les flux de valeur de bout en bout en éliminant les améliorations menées en silos.
    • Aligner les initiatives de transformation digitale avec les principes Lean afin d’éviter l’automatisation des gaspillages.

    Ce que nous recherchons :

    • Expérience significative dans le leadership Lean, les systèmes de management d’entreprise ou l’excellence opérationnelle, idéalement à l’échelle régionale ou internationale.
    • Expérience avérée dans la réalisation d’impacts business durables et mesurables au sein d’organisations complexes et matricielles.
    • Expérience de collaboration et d’influence auprès de cadres dirigeants (niveau VP/GM et au-delà).
    • Succès démontré dans la conduite de transformations d’envergure et de programmes de développement des compétences.
    • Solide expérience dans le management et le développement de leaders, avec une capacité reconnue à agir comme coach de dirigeants.
    • Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de challenger et d’influencer les décideurs de haut niveau.
    • Forte vision stratégique alliée à une excellence opérationnelle et à une discipline d’exécution exemplaires.

    • Diplôme de niveau Master en management, ingénierie, opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
    • Certification Lean telle que Lean Six Sigma Black Belt ou équivalent.

    What will you do

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Business System Leader to drive the evolution and deployment of the Johnson Controls Business System across the EMEA region. In this highly strategic role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution, build organizational capability, and deliver sustainable, measurable performance improvements.

    As a coach of leaders and architect of system excellence, you will play a pivotal role in embedding Lean thinking, strengthening operational discipline, and building a culture of continuous improvement at scale.

    How will you do it

    • Champion and continuously evolve the Johnson Controls Business System across the EMEA Domain

    • Partner closely with the Domain VP/GM to align business system deployment with strategic priorities or have end-to-end ownership of simplifying one of the Core Value Streams.

    • Act as a system steward and cultural architect, driving consistency, rigor, and maturity across the Domain

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business System Leaders, elevating both Lean expertise and leadership capability

    • Provide hands-on coaching in Kaizen leadership, structured problem solving, and performance delivery

    • Build a strong succession pipeline of high-performing BSL talent

    • Partner with Domain leadership to build, prioritize, and actively manage the Kaizen funnel aligned to strategic objectives

    • Ensure a robust pipeline of improvement initiatives that deliver high-value business impact

    • Drive execution discipline and hold teams accountable for value realization and outcomes

    • Establish and reinforce high standards for structured problem solving (A3 thinking, root cause validation, countermeasure effectiveness)

    • Coach leaders to focus on root causes rather than symptoms, shifting from activity to impact

    • Conduct deep dives and reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of problem-solving practices

    • Translate strategy into action through effective action planning and Kaizen activation

    • Drive measurable outcomes across growth, productivity, margin, cash flow, and customer experience

    • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and remove systemic barriers to execution

    • Ensure effective deployment of Daily Management systems, with clear linkage between KPIs, strategy, and improvement activity

    • Drive standardization of visual management, accountability routines, and escalation processes

    • Regularly assess and improve business system effectiveness and maturity

    • Ensure alignment of JCBS deployment across functions, regions, and value streams

    • Drive end-to-end value stream optimization, eliminating siloed improvements

    • Align digital transformation initiatives with Lean principles to avoid automating waste

    What we are looking for

    Required

    • Extensive experience in Lean, Business System, or Operational Excellence leadership, ideally in a regional or enterprise scope

    • Proven track record of delivering sustained, measurable business impact in complex, matrixed organizations

    • Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives (VP/GM level and above)

    • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and capability-building initiatives

    • Strong track record in leading and developing leaders, with the ability to act as a coach of leaders

    • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels

    • Strong strategic mindset combined with execution excellence and operational discipline

    Preferred

    • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 

    • Lean certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

    • Familiarity with digital transformation and analytics tools supporting operational excellence
