Role Overview

The Service Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving service revenue, and ensuring operational excellence in HVAC systems and York Chillers. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:
- Manage and grow strategic service accounts for HVAC and York Chiller systems.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Service Operations:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for chillers and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and safety regulations.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service contracts and upgrades.
- Prepare proposals, ROM estimates, and negotiate service agreements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Financial Management:
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability for assigned accounts.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost optimization.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Address escalations and ensure high service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in HVAC and Chiller service operations, preferably with York systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and energy efficiency solutions.
Proven track record in account management and service revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with service management tools and CRM systems.
