    Soutien :
    Être présent pour votre équipe en menant des rencontres individuelles régulières et des réunions d’équipe. Votre objectif sera de développer les talents et de former votre équipe sur la stratégie de l’entreprise et les objectifs de performance.

    Recrutement et développement des talents :
    Être responsable de constituer une équipe performante de planificateurs en participant aux entrevues, à l’embauche de nouveaux membres et au mentorat des employés à fort potentiel. Vous contribuerez au développement d’une équipe capable de soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise.

    Couverture :
    Surveiller les connexions des membres de l’équipe, assurer la couverture en cas d’absence et offrir du soutien, des conseils et du mentorat aux planificateurs au besoin.

    Satisfaction de la clientèle :
    Effectuer des évaluations d’appels pour assurer une qualité de service exceptionnelle, surveiller les comptes clés et gérer les demandes et les escalades des clients.

    Excellence opérationnelle :
    Suivre les files de travail, les indicateurs de performance (KPI), réaliser des contrôles de qualité et accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans une optique d’amélioration continue.

    Participation stratégique :
    Collaborer avec les responsables terrain et participer aux discussions stratégiques. Contribuer à l’orientation et au succès global de l’équipe en alignant les opérations de planification et de répartition avec les objectifs des partenaires terrain.

    Amélioration continue :
    Participer à des projets spéciaux visant à optimiser les opérations et à bâtir l’avenir de l’entreprise.

    Qualifications recherchées :

    Exigences :

    • Fort potentiel de leadership, passion pour l’atteinte des résultats, le mentorat et le développement d’équipe
    • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir les priorités efficacement
    • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
    • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision
    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et expérience ou capacité à apprendre les systèmes Oracle ACE et SEDU CRM
    • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’une équipe responsable de la planification et de la répartition
    • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent requis
    • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est essentiel pour ce poste, qui peut être basé partout au Canada.

    How you will do it:
    • Support: Be there for your team, by conducting regular 1:1 reviews, team meetings, it will be your goal to help develop the talent and educate your team on the company strategy and achievement goals for our business.
    • Hire & Develop Talent: You will be the primary person responsible for building an effective team of schedulers, by interviewing, hiring new team members and mentoring team members with high potential for growth, you will be responsible for developing an effective team capable of achieving growth in and for our company.
    • Coverage: Monitor team members' logins, ensure coverage for out-of-office schedulers, and provide assistance, guidance and mentor schedulers as needed.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Perform call reviews to ensure exceptional service quality, monitor key accounts, and address customer inquiries and escalations.
    • Drive Performance Excellence: Monitor work queues, KPIs, conduct quality checks, and coach team members for continuous improvement.
    • Strategic Participation: Partner with field leaders and participate in strategic discussions. You will contribute to the overall direction and success of the team by helping align central operations schedule & dispatch with the goals and strategies of our field partners.
    • Continuous Improvement: Work on special projects as assigned to help drive a better tomorrow for our business.
    What we are looking for:
