    Comment vous le ferez : 

    Vous serez le moteur du développement commercial sur votre secteur. En créant des relations de confiance avec vos clients, vous contribuerez à renouveler les contrats, proposer des services complémentaires et initier des travaux additionnels. Votre approche proactive et conviviale fera toute la différence.

    Votre objectif : améliorer la performance des installations tout en garantissant leur conformité réglementaire. Vous suivrez de près vos résultats, en vous appuyant sur des outils d’analyse pour identifier les leviers d’action, assurer la satisfaction client et respecter les marges définies par la Direction.

    Vous assurerez également le suivi des devis et la gestion des réclamations, pour offrir un service fluide et réactif.

    En tant que manager, vous animerez votre équipe avec enthousiasme. Vous veillerez à la montée en compétences de chacun via des coachings, des formations et des entretiens individuels, afin de faire évoluer les carrières de vos techniciens.

    Avec le soutien du Coordinateur Service, vous superviserez les Techniciens pour garantir une qualité de service irréprochable. Vous pourrez réaliser les chiffrages ou les transmettre au Chiffreur, en veillant toujours au respect des objectifs et des normes de sécurité.  

    Ce que nous recherchons : 

    Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation technique supérieure (BTS, DUT, ou diplôme d’ingénieur) en génie climatique, et vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle managérial, idéalement dans le froid industriel.

    Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication, vous interagissez avec aisance auprès des clients, fournisseurs, partenaires et équipes internes. Votre expertise technique fait de vous un véritable référent sur votre secteur.

    Vous avez déjà encadré des équipes techniques et savez les faire grandir. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques modernes et vous maîtrisez l’anglais, ce qui vous permet d’évoluer dans un environnement professionnel exigeant et international.
